One of our customer asked recently
“if i purchase site from you & with this site applied for a Google adsense account, will Google approve my application?”
well Google wants to see original content , they won’t approve a new publisher , if all they have is a template they just purchased ,
so the answer to your question is yes , and no
as someone wanting to get a publisher ID
if you purchase one of our sites and add original content , and work on it a bit and wait till it starts getting indexed , and ranked and make a decent site out of it , yes Google will approve your publisher application with one of our sites,
But …
if you just buy one of our sites and do nothing to it and the next day try and get Google to approve your publisher app , based on that site , of course they will not approve it , because it’s basically just a template
Now that being said”’
if you already have a Google publisher ID you can go ahead and place your publisher code on your site and get started immediately, although I still recommend always adding to your site , some additional content using the blog feature , and making it as well a rounded sounded site as you can , so you need to work on it
their are no short cuts with this business , the work has to be done

Remember to spend a little time each day on your sites , maybe devote an hour a day to writing blog post , or putting up a banner for one of your affiliate products or a product that you sell on another one of your websites.
Also make sure to use the Link feature built into our sites , and create some links to other sites and of course have those sites like back to your , for good reciprocal linking , the search like to see links back to your site .
If you have time it’s always a good idea to write some articles related to your niche and then submit them for syndication on article directory sites, like article dashboard , or isnare , or any number of article directory sites.

Hello Internet Marketing Newbie’s , Ready for a Reality check
Yes you can make money on the internet
But Remember On thing, it’s “JUST AS HARD AS ANY OTHER START UP BUSINESS”
although it does have ” Many Obvious advantages” like flexible hours, no employees ” no brick and mortar facilities to deal with , lower overhead costs etc..
and the most important , it leverages the incredible power of the internet , a growing entitity that is growing exponentially every second , every minute of every day , billions of users you can tap into , 24/7/365 while your sleeping !!
there is nothing like it , or ever has been , so it is exciting , but internet marketing is just a” business “
and This business, meaning internet marketing
takes months , years to develop, regardless of the niche you decide to get involved in.
Whether its making money with Adsense , or selling EBooks s, or any kind of e- product or being an affiliate for any of the many ad networks like Adesense, Kontera, Value Click , Adengage , etc..or even selling hard products like electronics or anything else .
Using our sites should be just one part of you over all internet marketing strategy , if you are truly serious about making money on the internet
and if you are serious about generating some revenue with them
over time you will need to deploy Multiple sites
thats why we keep the costs very low , so that multi site deployment is encouraged
but you still need to work on them a bit
but it’s not an easy business , it takes time patience and hard work , just because you have them monetized , you still need traffic , traffic is the key
I would say a good return on investment would be 10%
thats the rule of thumb most people in this business go with for the most part
so if you buy a site from us for 19.95 or you buy an already established site for $19,995. I would be looking for around 10% ROI
so obviously our sites are not established so they are a lot cheaper especially when you buy them in bulk , and you have to give them some time to grow organically , work with them a bit , add some of your own content from time to time, do some link exchanges , add to your blog , put up some of your own banners , all the things you would normally be doing on any site you were marketing
That’s the difference between already established sites, meaning sites that are already generating a revenue and have been up and running for more than 6 months to several years
so lets say within 3-4 months after your $19.95 Residual Web site gets indexed
and gets a bit of traffic , between all the integrated
revenue streams like , google , kontera, search feed , click bank you average 2-$3.00 per month, now the way to do it is to invest in a multi pack and use the power of the multiplier
so lets say you buy a seventy pack for $399 and after a few months your averaging $400-$500 per month steady revenue ,and of course they will only continue to grow from there, thats pretty good ROI for a $399 investment , plus the growth potential
or even if you just do a 10 or 20 pack , it’s still some good additional income that keeps growing , with very little risk , try getting 10% on $80 , $100 , or $400 at the bank
so there is your average 10% return on investment , which should increase over time as well as the site grows organically
plus you have the added benefit of being able to utilize your sites for linking back to some of your other relevant sites to hep increase the SEO for those bigger sites you may have in your port folio
many people use our sites simply for that purpose , to create relevant sites and back links to larger e-commerce sites for the purpose of increased SEO, and any revenue generated is simply icing on the cake , there are many advantages to creating large networks of sites when you are a marketer , so you can eliminate the need to rely on other webmasters for reciprocal linking , so keep that in mind as well
now I know 10% may not sound like a lot ,and its an average , you may see more or less , but that’s the way it is done ,in the real world anyone promising you more than that , is not being realistic, or just trying to “SELL ” you
lets face it , if it were just as easy as throwing up few site and making money immediately within a couple months , and making 20, 30 , 40 , 50 % return on investment
every one would be internet marketers , no one would leave the house, which is why it is important to be realistic , so you know that Internet Marketing is a real Business not a pie in the sky fantasy business that , all you have to do is put up a site , sit back and watch the money roll in ”
but the reality is , this is just like any other business , you can make money , but it takes time , patience , hard work , diligence , and yes you do have to invest some money as well
so while you may not agree with me , I have been doing this a long time and it is the simple truth
there are no get rich quick businesses , that are legal anyway

All About Sub domains
Now once you have your parent domain up and running after you change the name servers you can create more sites using sub domains
sub domains are created within the parent domain accounts , and will look like this weightloss.yourdomain.com , hairloss.yourdomain.com , etc..
Now to create sub domains , first you will have to create them in the registrar account
so you will have to log into your godaddy account, or name cheap account , or whoever you have as the registrar of your domains and create the sub domains in there first and point the DNS to our name servers just like you did on the parent domains
Once that is done you will go into you residual website account and log in
you will see current websites
you will see yourdomain.com
under that you will see ” manage” click on that
then you will see Sub-domains click on that
and then you will see ” add new sub-domain ”
so this is where you add your sub domains
but remember sites created with sub domains are just like sites created with
the parent domains
so if you purchase a 10 pak of sites , you get 10 sites whether you are using
sub domains or stand alone domains
most people use sub domains to avoid the expense of purchasing stand alone domains

Now you can enable or disable the RSS feed for Articles
and you can link to an article
and thats the area that you see in the manual
now the seperate issue of the “News Feeds ” where you are seeing movie realted news feeds
thats completely sepreate form the articles
so 2 different areas of the site
there is an Article feed system
and a news feed system
the articels get indexed as static content
the news feeds are there for dynamic content
so to answer your question
there is no place to change the source of the news feed
content in your sites admin section
it displays what ever that source send us
I guess there is not a lot of dating news from them
right now

Name Servers
Once you purchase your site/sites , the first thing you will need to do is have a domain for each site that you purchase, so you will need to purchase some domain names if you have not already done so.
This can be done through the usual places like Godaddy , Namecheap, or any registrar you choose.
Once you have selected you domain names and purchased them you will want to go into
your registrar account and go to the area that allows you to change the DNS.
This is a very simple process that can be done in a few minutes. To make sure the domains are pointed our servers
and so that your sites will come up properly you will need to change the nameservers to :
NS1.RESIDUALWEBSITES.COM
NS2.RESIDUALWEBSITES.COM
Once this is done allow 24-72 hours to propagate across the internet , it usaually doesn’t take that long , but it can take a few hours at the very least ,Once the DNS has propagated your sites will come up immediately, as our process for site creation take only a few minutes after you create your site.

So while the sites are ” automated” with respect to their ability to generate content
and”Ready” with respect to their built in income streams they will only be truly
successful or more successful , if you work on them a bit , using typical internet
marketing techniques.
Like , getting inbound links { via article submissions, other relevant sites
etc.. , reciprocal linking,{ that’s why we already have a links page set up }
adding some content via the blog feature from time to time, { the purpose of the blog feature }
posting in relevant forums , and all the other stuff that us marketers do to “Promote our Sites ”
If all that is done in addition to the sites capabilities , then over time
each site will develop it’s own small source of income for you , and collectively
multiple sites can create a substantial part of you over all “online income” ,
and of course the more work you put into them the more they will perform.
Now..
If you look on our home page and look under ” Live Sites ” , you will see
some of our customers established sites , and I picked these sites because the
Webmasters / Marketers of these sites took the time to do the things we have
mentioned above, and that’s why their sites have hundreds of pages indexed in
Google and why they are already starting to get page rank etc..,and of course the Big ,
Important Result of all that is TRAFFIC !
Just like with physical real estate where the mantra is , Location , Location Location
one Could argue the mantra for Virtual Real Estate is , Traffic , Traffic , Traffic
Hope this help to give you a realistic perspective of our products and what we they offer.
Lets face it there are no get rich quick solutions , only hard work .
So each day take one step at a time , work a little on each site , and over time you will be successful !

Our Sites have the ability to get content added to it daily, the news feeds provide dynamic changing content
daily , the articles provide fresh static content to get indexed as actual pages to your site, all with SEO in mind
And the directories { search Feed} provide relevant in site links.
We also STRONGLY URGE you to use the Integrated Google Site Map feature , this will help get those pages indexed in google and the more pages indexed , the more chanced for ” TRAFFIC” and of course “CLICKS ” or money !!
Now all that being said to make any noticeable amount of money you still need ” traffic ” , obviously
So that’s where the marketing comes in , we have taken the headache out of building sites with our ” Residual Technology ” but we can not replace the efforts of the Internet Marketer’s hard work, we have just made it lot easier .
To get Traffic , you must gain placement in the Search engines , also get links from other sites, exposure etc..

Just wanted to to say hello and give you some insight, we have some ” New “ Internet Marketers From time to time , and although you may be aware of the info below I just wanted to share some thoughts with you
I always like to try and help Marketers understand better the purpose and function of our products.
I like to think of our products as ” Targeted Niche Websites ” that are also Adsense Ready Websites, but they are not “Made for Adsense” sites, and there is a big distinction there.
Meaning I wouldn’t just throw these sites up , and hope someone clicks on the Adsense or Kontera etc..ads ,like some marketers do although that will occur over time , it’s not what we had in mind when developing these sites.
When we developed these sites what we wanted to do was provide a ready made “Targeted niche website” , that was up and running without any programming skills required. We then added the extra bonus of having 4 ready made income streams already incorporated into the sites design.
